
Ingredients
- 500g Farmers Union Natural Greek Yoghurt.
 - 1 Continental Cucumber.
 - 3 Gloves Garlic, peeled and minced.
 
Method
- Grate the cucumber into a mixing bowl and then squeeze out all excess liquid (there should be no liquid left in the cucumber).
 - Add yoghurt and garlic to the bowl and mix until all has combined.
 - Can store in fridge for 5 – 7 days (do not freeze).
