Ingredients
- 200g Smoked Salmon Slices.
- 1 Fresh Lemon.
- 2 – 3 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves.
- Fresh Crack Black Pepper.
- Remove stalk (white part) of the lettuce leaves, wash and then cut into smaller pieces (about 10cm x 10cm).
- Put a piece of smoked salmon on the lettuce (make sure the salmon piece is slightly smaller than the lettuce leaf).
- Generous squeeze of lemon juice and as much pepper as you like
- Fold in the sides of the lettuce leaf and fold or roll it up to keep all the lemon and pepper inside.
