Put a layer of bolognese sauce on the bottom of a rectangle pyrex dish.
- Put a layer of pasta sheets covering the first layer, put a thin layer of white sauce, then place another sheet of pasta on top.
- Put a layer bolognese sauce.
- Cover the bolognese sauce with white sauce.
- Put a layer of pasta, put a thin layer of white sauce, then place another sheet of pasta on top.
- Repeat steps 3 – 5 until there is .5cm from the top of the dish.
- Top layer should have pasta, then white sauce topped with the grated cheese.
- Cook in a 180°C oven until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut into portions.
- Divide the remaining lasagna into portions and put in freezer (Will be good for up to 3 months).
