Ingredients
- 15ml Chambord.
- 15ml Baileys Irish Cream.
- Sugar.
- 2 – 3 drops Grenadine.
Method
- Pour small amount of sugar onto a plate.
- Wet the top of the shot glass with water, turn it upside down and put it into the sugar (this will leave a ring of sugar on top of the glass).
- Fill a shot glass half way with Chambord.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with baileys and add the drops of grenadine.
