Ingredients
- 1 large HASS Avocado, peeled and seed removed.
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream.
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Kernels, finely chopped.
- 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, finely chopped.

1 teaspoon of Chilli Sauce or Fresh Chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped.
- 1½ Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice.
- Pinch of Salt.
- Pinch of Pepper.
Method
- Put avocado and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl and smash together with a fork (you can use a bar mixer to blend for a smoother creamy finish).
- Once you have your desired texture add in the rest of the ingredients and mixt until all combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking, then serve.
- This goes great with Mexican food such as; nachos, taco and burritos.
