Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Wings, (wingette and drummette only).
- 1 cup Soy Sauce (Silver Swan).
- 1 cup White Vinegar.
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns.
- 4 – 5 Bay Leaves.
- 1 Tablespoon Oil.
Method
- Add all ingredients in a medium – large bowl, mix well and put in fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat oil in a pot on a medium heat.
- Remove chicken from liquid and fry for 5 minutes, then add all the liquid and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice.
